About this role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes. Evaluate communication strategies and programs. Implement communication strategies and programs. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. Supervise staff. Plan development projects. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers. Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. Gather, research and prepare communications material. Conduct analytical marketing studies. Develop portfolio of marketing materials. Maintain and manage digital database. Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials.
