We have built the best dealership, now we are building the best team. O'Neill Auto Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our dynamic team in Mount Pearl. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our metro dealerships.
*Responsibilities*
As a Custodian, you report to the Wash Bay Supervisor, and will perform in all areas including, but not limited to:
* Report maintenance repairs or building concerns to management * Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and PPE * Ensure safe use and operation of cleaning agents and equipment * Exterior maintenance (garbage around buildings) * Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors as required * Cleaning washrooms, offices, lunchrooms and common areas * Emptying garbage/ recycling containers * Sanitizing high-touch surfaces * Cleaning office windows as required * Replenishment of paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, etc. * Support special event setup and teardown * Ensuring all buildings are secure prior to leaving the dealership at the end of each shift * Other duties as assigned
*Requirements*
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills * Understand safe working practices * Ability to work well with a team and able to follow instructions from Management * Ability to work in all weather conditions * Experience in a Custodian or similar role would be considered an asset * Must hold a valid driver?s license, clean drivers abstract and code of conduct
