*Duties*
* Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments * Assist the dentist during various procedures, including restorations, extractions, and orthodontic treatments * Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary * Manage patient records using dental practice management software Tracker * Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions * Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns or questions during visits * Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information, supporting the dental receptionist role when needed * Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols * Assist with pediatrics cases, demonstrating patience and effective communication with young patients
*Skills*
* Proficiency in dental assisting techniques with certification as a Dental Assistant * Experience with dental practice management software including Tracker * Knowledge of orthodontics procedures and materials * Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices and patient communication strategies for children * Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry * Excellent interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care and support team collaboration * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
