A recently incorporated company (2024), Bourgault Machines INC., has developed an extensive line of innovative products for skid loaders, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and other motorized equipment. It is also currently in the process of building a new, state-of-the-art, $25-million, 32,000 square foot, factory and office complex in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan. It is expected to be completed by September 3, 2026, with production slated to begin later that month. Bourgault Machines INC. is looking to hire a Finance Controller with experience in a manufacturing environment with an ERP system to guide its Finance team and support the growth of the company throughout Western Canada and beyond. This opening presents a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial accountant and/or financial professional to join a well-funded company on the ground floor to grow along with the company as it expands its sales and operations. For the right candidate, in due course, this position would lead to promotion as the company's CFO.
