We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness, providing guests with a welcoming and hygienic environment. This role is vital to delivering exceptional hospitality service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
* Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies * Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly * Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens as needed * Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines * Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality * Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition
*Skills*
* Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team * Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and techniques is a plus * Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated shifts * Good communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions
