*Responsibilities*
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. * Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records. * Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. * Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. * Process payments and manage billing accurately during the night audit if required. * Operate multi-line phone systems to respond to calls promptly and direct them as needed. * Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. * Assist in managing reservations and coordinating guest services as needed.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort environment. * Strong hospitality management skills with an emphasis on guest relations. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. * Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus; experience with night audit procedures is advantageous. * Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
