We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in a full-time capacity. *Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas * Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure optimal results * Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures * Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and minor repairs when necessary * Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly * Adhere to established cleaning schedules and standards to ensure consistent quality of service
*Qualifications*
* Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required * Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies * Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team * Good communication skills and reliability * Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving objects as needed * A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment
