Job Description Job DescriptionJob Description: This is a line cook position, this candidate must be able to speak both Spanish and English, with a preference for a background in Latin American cuisine. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Main Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a line cook or in a kitchen (minimum 2 years experience) • Bilingual in Spanish • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, frying, etc.) • Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards consistently • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (like proper food handling and storage) Skills:
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Strong time management and multitasking skills • Attention to detail, especially with food quality and plating • Good communication and teamwork with kitchen staff • Physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting, working in heat) Additional Qualifications:
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to take direction from chefs and kitchen managers • Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge
