· 40% of collections as base compensation
· Increased compensation percentage based on years of associateship
· Minimum annual salary guarantee based on experience

*Who We're Looking For*
We are seeking General Practice Dentists licensed in Ontario who:
· Demonstrate strong treatment planning and patient management skills
· Communicate confidently and build trust with patients
· Are comfortable practicing independently
· Work collaboratively with hygiene and clinical teams
· Are committed to delivering exceptional patient care
Clinical experience is an asset, but we also welcome motivated new graduates who can demonstrate strong patient management skills, clinical competence, and a passion for dentistry.

Pay: $250,000.00-$500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
