Start Date: August 27, 2026 The successful candidate will: (For a detailed list refer to JobID 906 on www.nlsd113.ca)- Strengthen cultural understanding and inclusion by providing First Nations and Mtis perspectives, guidance, and support to students, families, and school staff while building strong community connections.- Support student success and well-being through case coordination, tracking progress, encouraging family involvement, and promoting positive engagement toward graduation.- Facilitate access to services by coordinating with community agencies, integrating school and community supports, arranging transportation, and conducting home visits when needed.- Collaborate closely with school staff and leadership to deliver programs, monitor student needs, share updates, and ensure consistent, coordinated support.
