FTE:Full Time Term of Employment:PermanentSalary and Benefits: $27.80 - $32.52 per hour -According to education and experience. Qualifications and Responsibilities: -Helping to foster an atmosphere and environment of pride, respect, and trust.-Assisting with the preservation of traditional knowledge and oral tradition.-Assisting classroom teachers with First Nations and Metis knowledge, language, and traditional skills.-Teaching traditional and cultural skills such as trapping, fishing, beading, storytelling, and smudging.-Teaching cultural life skills to promote mastery, generosity, independence, and belonging.-Meeting with at-risk youths.-Assisting with parent support groups.
