*The Role* We?re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, team performance, and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering a consistent guest experience while supporting and developing a strong team.
*What You?ll Do*
* Support and maintain a high standard of guest experience across all shifts * Coach and develop Barista / Front of House staff and Shift Supervisors * Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development * Monitor service flow, labour coverage, and step in during peak periods * Ensure accuracy, speed of service, and smooth daily operations * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards * Ensure food safety and health standards are consistently followed
*What We?re Looking For*
* Previous experience in hospitality, café, or retail (leadership experience preferred) * Strong communication and team leadership skills * Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment * High standard for customer service and attention to detail * Flexible availability, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
