About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Train or arrange for training. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
