Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Assist in demolishing buildings. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Residential. Experience: Will train. Employment terms options: Day. Weekend. Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
