Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Greenhouse cleaning. Monitoring animal health. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain livestock performance records. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Hire and train staff. Perform general farm duties. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervise daily activities of floorhands, labourers and helpers . Maintain equipment and supplies. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: Flexible hours. To be determined.
