The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable business growth and financial success. </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and business performance insights.</li> <li>Support the budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning processes.</li> <li>Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and profitability to ensure the achievement of business objectives.</li> <li>Review and challenge financial results, forecasts, business cases, and investment proposals to support informed decision-making.</li> <li>Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Human Resources teams to drive financial accountability and business performance.</li> <li>Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and recommend initiatives to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency.</li> <li>Prepare quarterly reporting packages and support statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance policies.</li> <li>Lead internal and external audit processes and drive the implementation of audit recommendations.</li> <li>Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, systems, and automation.</li> <li>Lead finance transformation projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and system enhancements.</li> <li>Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with Group Finance, auditors, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.</li> <li>Act on behalf of the CFO as required and represent the Finance function in leadership and cross-functional meetings. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications & Experience</h3> <ul> <li>Professional accounting designation such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar finance leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls.</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence decisions across functions. </li> </ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> <p>The ideal candidate will possess:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strategic and commercial mindset</li> <li>Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities</li> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li> <li>A passion for continuous improvement and business partnership </li> </ul> <h3>Apply Today</h3> <p>If you are a motivated finance professional looking to play a strategic role in a growing organization, we invite you to apply and join our team.</p> </div>
