• Provide functional and system support for Epicor Kinetic across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. • Configure and maintain Kinetic workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels, and forms. • Support UI and process enhancements using Application Studio. • Investigate and resolve user-reported issues through root-cause analysis. • Provide L2/L3 ERP application support and maintain support documentation. • Support Kinetic upgrades, quarterly releases, and testing activities. • Assist with integration, data migration, and production deployments. • Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials. • Promote best practices and consistent system usage.
