You will act as the bridge between Supply Chain and IT teams, ensuring system configurations, data structures, and process improvements align with business needs and global standards.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Configure and optimize supply planning systems, workflows, parameters, reports, and dashboards to support business requirements and improve planning visibility.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system enhancements and technical solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Analyze system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation initiatives that increase planning efficiency and user experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support integrations, upgrades, master data management, and continuous improvement efforts across supply chain technology platforms.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>What do you need to have?</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Conversation English</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, system support, or related manufacturing environments.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business and system requirements. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Familiarity with supply planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP, OMP, or similar solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, and emerging technologies including Generative AI, AI Agents, and Machine Learning applications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, VBA, JavaScript, or similar.
