This role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with financial data, systems, and cross-functional teams.</span><span> </span><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span>What you will be doing:</span><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Verifying invoices and company liabilities for payment.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Securing appropriate approvals and accurately coding invoices using the company's Chart of Accounts.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Performing three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Processing payments and issuing checks in a timely manner to maximize available discounts.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Assisting with monthly accruals and month-end close activities.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Researching and resolving invoice inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Reconciling vendor statements and resolving past-due discrepancies. </span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Analyzing expenses and providing support for management reporting. </span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation for paid and unpaid invoices. </span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span>What we are looking for:</span><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span> </span></p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience. </span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume, automated Accounts Payable environment.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Experience working with a full Chart of Accounts.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Experience with Transform AP (TAP) preferred.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) preferred.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Strong ten-key skills by touch. </span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. </span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span><span> </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span><span>We are part of a global company, ASSA </span><span>ABLOY</span><span> with a diverse range of opportunities, both locally and abroad.
