SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Video Content Producer to join our team as one of our colleagues is going on paternity leave this autumn. This position will be temporary with duration until 1st of May 2027.
As our new Video Content Producer you will be a part of the Group Communications department at our HQ in Sandefjord and create engaging video, podcast, webinar and live-stream content in modern, professional studio facilities. This is a great opportunity to develop your media production skills while helping share stories that build culture, pride and connection across Jotun.
We are looking for a candidate with some practical experience in media production and confidence using relevant production equipment and editing tools. The right candidate should also have an eye for detail and be able to handle multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities
• Manage Media Requests: Oversee and coordinate requests for video, podcast, webinar, and live-streamed events from internal clients.
• Pre-Production Support: Assist internal customers with pre-production tasks such as writing storyboards, pinpointing key messaging, and overall project management.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain all necessary equipment, including PTZ cameras, podcast recording equipment, and live streaming setups using Tricaster and Atem mixers.
• Video Editing: Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro to ensure high-quality final products.
• Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of all media projects by managing schedules, resources, and client expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand their communication needs and deliver tailored media solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look for
Formal requirements
• Relevant education, vocational certificate or equivalent in multi-media production
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-media production. Proven experience with different media formats, including video, podcast, webinar, and live streaming
• Proficiency in operating PTZ cameras, live stream events and presentations using mixers (Tricaster and Atem), and podcast recording equipment
• Proficiency in program suites like Adobe photoshop, Adobe premiere pro, publishing systems
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to produce high quality content consistently and efficiently
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken. Professional working proficiency in Norwegian is an asset
