About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Freshworks’ growth across France and Francophone markets in the Commercial segment (251–500 employees).
This is a relationship-driven outbound sales role, ideal for fluent French-speaking professionals who can connect authentically with business leaders, uncover challenges, and position Freshworks’ value effectively.
You’ll own your territory end-to-end — from prospecting to closure — backed by a dedicated BDR, regional marketing, and partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a focused territory plan for France, targeting key mid-market verticals/industries.Build and nurture pipeline through outbound prospecting, personalized outreach, and partner collaboration.Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand business needs and craft tailored Freshworks solutions.Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-based proposals to decision-makers.Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure, with professionalism and pace.Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and ensure pipeline visibility for accurate forecasting.Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success for smooth handovers and post-sale success. Native/fluent French speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills — confident in engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.Any prior sales experience (B2B, B2C, SaaS, or consultative selling) is an added advantage.Ability to manage a complete sales cycle, from pipeline creation to closing.Familiarity with Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, or similar modern sales tools is a plus.Organized, analytical, and self-disciplined — able to manage multiple opportunities efficiently.Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in-office and aligned to European hours (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).
