Essential Job Functions
• Lead field team performance to achieve membership growth and retention goals across assigned markets • Manage key relationships, budgets, and strategic partnerships with health plans and community stakeholders • Oversee execution of outreach, events, and presentations to drive growth and brand awareness • Monitor performance and ensure reporting, accountability, and consistent execution across the team • Collaborate with internal teams and clinics to align and drive market growth strategies • Review performance data and implement high-level strategies to improve results
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be fluent and able to present confidently • 3+ years of management/leadership experience (mandatory) • Associate’s degree or higher • Sales experience required with a proven ability to drive results and team performance • Strong organizational, reporting, and performance management skills • Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and present to large groups • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work in a field-based, hybrid role (up to 90% travel) • Valid driver’s license required
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 2+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare outreach, or provider relations • Existing relationships with local brokers, benefit advisors, or community partners • Experience working in an MSO, medical group, or healthcare network • Experience managing field-based sales or outreach teams • Experience using CRM systems or tracking tools for outreach and reporting • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding membership growth and performance targets
Physical & Mental Requirements:
• Travel locally up to 90% of the time (driving is a big part of this role) • Stand and walk for long periods during events and community visits • Lift and carry up to 25 lbs (event supplies and materials) • Set up and take down tables, banners, and event materials • Work in different locations throughout the community (field-based role) • Sit for periods of time while driving or completing reports • Use a computer, phone, and tablet for reporting and presentations • Speak clearly and confidently when presenting to groups
