Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and provide support to management and employees Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support offboarding processes Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements Support payroll processing and benefits administration Facilitate employee performance reviews and development programs Promote employee engagement and implement well-being initiatives Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices Participate in special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements
Requirements & Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Passion for employee development and engagement initiatives Benefits
