Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Perform eligibility verification for healthcare members with accuracy and timeliness. Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries. Provide clear and professional communication when addressing member concerns. Update and maintain member information in the system accurately. Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and service level standards. Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience US Healthcare Insurance experience is an advantage Proficient in using MS ToolsGood verbal and written English skillsMust be willing to work on-site in MakatiAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
