About this role
We are looking for a Regional Business Transformation Manager to drive and support large-scale transformation initiatives across APAC, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and business process transformation.
This role will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring successful delivery of transformation programs while aligning with regional business priorities. Responsibilities / Tasks Key Responsibilities
• Lead and drive regional business transformation initiatives, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementation projects • Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices across multiple countries • Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales) to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking • Facilitate key governance forums such as Steering Committees and project review meetings • Ensure effective resource planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication • Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure smooth execution • Drive change management alignment, ensuring readiness in terms of communication, training, and user adoption • Monitor project performance (KPIs, milestones, deliverables) and provide clear reporting to senior leadership • Ensure operational readiness covering process integration, documentation, data quality, and compliance standards
Your Profile / Qualifications Requirements
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related fields. • 5+ Years of experience in business transformation or project management, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial) • Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments (APAC preferred) • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams • Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools • Ability to work in complex, matrix organizations with cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required
