Location: Open to multiple locations Responsibilities / Tasks As our Service Product Manager in Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE Division), you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving the success of digital service products with global impact. You will own the product vision, define scalable strategies, and build high-performing digital service products. You will work closely with development teams and senior leadership as part of a key digitalization strategy of GEA.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of new digital service products; managing technical and commercial aspects of product development • Own digital service products, defining product roadmap, business scaling model, standardization and roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue. • Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with internal stage-gate processes. • Identify innovation opportunities, drive product continuous development, and bring new products to market successfully. • Craft and implement go-to-market strategies, that bring our products to the market in a repeatable, scalable, and profitable way. • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D. • Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives. • Support building a digital platform that scales NPE digital service offering. • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities in digital service products.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, digital products, service business transformation, or similar roles • Solid analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs • Experience with digital innovation, agile methodology, digital service sales • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization • A proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, energetic with a can-do attitude
