Your Responsibilities
• Define and manage global product strategies, including lifecycle, portfolio development, pricing, and long-term direction. • Drive international product line and application strategies, adapting to regional market needs. • Lead and prioritize development projects in close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. • Plan, coordinate, and execute global product launches that deliver measurable business impact. • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitors to guide innovation. • Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of innovation to strengthen product success.
Your Profile
• Proven Product Management experience, ideally within hygienic pumps, fluid handling, or hygienic process technology. • Strong industry knowledge in food & beverage, dairy, and/or pharmaceutical processing. • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain. • Independent, structured, and hands-on, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Business-fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with high willingness to travel internationally. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP / SAP CRM.
