Location: Bismarck Sunrise Town Centre Work Location Type: In-Office Schedule:
• Monday-Friday: 1:30-6:15pm
• Saturdays: 8:45-12:15
Pay: Starting at $18/hr Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Bismarck Sunrise Town Centre Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
• Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
Compensation & Perks:
• Pay Range: $18-$19 DOE
• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week between the hours of 1:30-6:15 M-F and rotating Saturdays!
