• Assist in the implementation of digital close solutions, including BlackLine, Redwood, Workiva and OneStream, to improve financial close processes. • Support finance transformation projects, focusing on streamlining financial reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and close processes. • Work closely with client teams to gather requirements, understand current processes, and identify areas for improvement. • Help configure digital finance tools and support the solution design and deployment phases. • Assist in project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client. • Leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to support finance automation initiatives and enhance process efficiency. • Prepare documentation, training materials, and presentations to support the adoption of new tools and methodologies. • Participate in workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams on digital close solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or a similar role, with exposure to digital finance solutions. • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, including financial reporting and reconciliation processes. • Experience with digital close tools such as BlackLine, Redwood, OneStream, or other similar platforms. • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and its potential applications in finance is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Basic project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and clients. • Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest finance technology trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to Digital Close solutions. • Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and ERP integrations. • Knowledge of data analytics. AI-driven automation tools is a plus. • Exposure to financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
