As we scale our training offerings and build out our Learning Management System (LMS), we are looking for a hands-on professional to own training content execution and coordination.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Training & Learning Coordinator (Content-Focused) to support the growth and success of Avant Tech’s training business. This is an execution-heavy, non-managerial role focused on building training content, maintaining LMS courses, and coordinating training delivery.
This role is ideal for a practical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating learning materials, organizing programs, and ensuring training runs smoothly end-to-end.
Role OverviewAvant Tech Nigeria is seeking a versatile, tech-savvy, and high-energy Content & Learning Operations Specialist. This is a dual-purpose role: you will be the "voice" of our brands through digital content creation, and the "engine" behind our training business operations.
You aren't just a writer; you are a builder. You will create marketing assets that generate leads, design curriculum for our training modules, and manage the daily technical operations of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires a mastery of modern AI tools, digital marketing, and educational content design.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Content Development (Primary Focus) Develop and maintain training materials including: Slide decks Learner workbooks Quizzes and assessments Facilitator guides Convert subject-matter input from internal teams into clear, structured, teachable content Update training materials as offerings evolve or regulations change
LMS & Digital Learning Support Upload and organize courses within the LMS Structure modules, lessons, quizzes, and completion rules Maintain training libraries and certificate templates Ensure all training programs are “ready to deliver” digitally
Training Coordination & Execution Support scheduling and coordination of training cohorts Work with internal teams and external facilitators to prepare sessions Track attendance, completion, and learner progress Prepare completion reports and certificates
Sales & Enablement Support Prepare course outlines and summaries to support sales conversations Assist with packaging training bundles for clients Support internal demos or previews when required
Requirements 2–5 years’ experience in training coordination, learning development, enablement, or instructional roles Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides, Word, basic assessments) Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital learning tools (hands-on experience preferred) Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to translate complex topics into simple, practical learning materials High attention to detail and execution discipline
Nice to Have Exposure to compliance, professional, or corporate training environments Basic understanding of NDPA, AML, HR, data, or IT training topics Experience supporting instructor-led or hybrid training programs
Compensation Monthly salary range: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000, depending on experience Performance growth opportunities as the training business scales

Other Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Brand StrategyMulti-Brand Content: Produce high-quality written, visual, and short-form video content for Avant Tech, Avant One, and our Training sub-brands.Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, brochures, and one-pagers for our Background Check and Risk Intelligence services.Digital Marketing: Manage social media calendars and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand authority.AI-Assisted Production: Utilize AI tools to scale content production while maintaining a human, professional tone tailored to the Nigerian corporate market.2. Training & LMS ManagementCurriculum Development: Work with subject matter experts to build and update training manuals, slide decks, and workbooks for courses (PMP, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, etc.).LMS Administration: Upload course materials, manage student enrollments, and troubleshoot user issues on the Avant Tech Learning Management System.Delivery Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of training sessions (virtual or physical), ensuring all learning materials are ready and tutors are synchronized.3. Lead Generation & GrowthInbound Marketing: Write SEO-optimized blog posts and LinkedIn articles to improve our SERP rankings for keywords like "Top Training Company in Nigeria."Lead Magnets: Create downloadable resources (e-books, checklists, whitepapers) to capture leads for the sales team.Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of content using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on what drives the most conversions.
