This position exists to reduce founder cognitive load, convert ambiguity into clarity, and build operational leverage across a fast-moving strategy and creative studio.
You will begin with execution and coordination, and are expected to grow into judgment, anticipation, and systems ownership. If you are seeking a task-only support role with fixed instructions, this role will not be a fit.

Operated above their formal titleSupported a founder, CEO, or senior leader in a fast-paced environmentExperience as an Engagement Manager, Project Lead, Operations Generalist, Founder’s Associate, or high-judgment EAA strong inclination toward systems, structure, and clarity-buildingInterest in a clear growth path toward Chief of Staff–level responsibilityExecutive Assistant experience is valuable.
