We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Sales & Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. This remote position will focus on providing exceptional coordination and support for sales efforts and hospitality services for our client based in the US. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in managing client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups effectively. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to facilitate a smooth sales process. Coordinate logistics for events and hospitality services to ensure seamless execution. Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional materials and enhance service offerings. Monitor industry trends and gather market intelligence to inform the sales approach. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Requirements

Proven experience in a sales support or hospitality coordination role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.Benefits
