Roles and Responsibilities:
Schedule home visit appointments accurately and efficiently Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and care teams Address patient inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy Update patient records and scheduling systems in real-time Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate appointment logistics Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards Utilize multiple systems and tools for scheduling and communication Ensure all interactions reflect high-quality service standards
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Voice Account Healthcare experience is a PLUS, not required Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using MS Tools Excellent verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Benefits
