Account specific roles and responsibilitiesSend email requests to facilities or partners to obtain required census reports. Calculate total monthly census numbers and accurately enter data into spreadsheets. Create invoices and manage billing documentation in a timely manner. Retrieve Vita census reports and cross-match data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintain organized records and follow up on missing or incomplete census information. Support administrative tasks related to census reporting and billing as needed.Requirements
At least 6 months of Accounting experience (AP)Proficient in using MS ExcelGood verbal and written communication skillsWilling to work onsite in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shiftBenefits
