We’re helping our client, a performance-driven eCommerce growth partner, find a Part-Time Recruiter to support their hiring efforts and build a strong, high-quality candidate pipeline.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the early stages of the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well-vetted, aligned with role requirements, and a strong culture fit before moving forward.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and applicantsVet candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and cultural fitClearly explain role expectations, hiring steps, and timelinesMove qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring processMaintain detailed candidate notes and evaluationsCoordinate with internal team members on candidate feedback and next stepsDeliver a professional and positive candidate experience
Requirements
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (agency experience is a plus)Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable handling multiple candidate calls weeklyFamiliarity with ATS tools, CRMs, or spreadsheets is a plus
