About this role
The SMART Lab Program Manager works closely with the Assistant Director and is responsible for the administration of daily operations. The positions aids in the recruitment, credentialing, and hiring of undergraduate staff and tutors each semester and provides supervision, training, mentoring, andevaluation of these employees. The Program Manager supports the development, revision, and facilitation of the content area curriculum for tutors in courses supported by the SMART Lab. The position is responsible for administering academic policies, advising faculty, staff, and students onpolicy matters, and oversees instructional technologies supporting all SMART Lab programs. The Program Manager also oversees reporting activities for the SMART Lab.
