Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing & Operational Compliance

• Partner with plant leadership to implement and monitor compliance controls across production, maintenance, procurement, and warehouse operations. • Ensure adherence to applicable U.S. regulatory requirements (federal, state, and local), including operational permits and reporting obligations. • Support regulatory inspections and internal audits. • Maintain required documentation and records in alignment with regulatory and company standards. • Identify operational compliance risks and drive corrective actions with site teams.

2. Trade & Supply Chain Compliance

• Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. manufacturing operations and the Corporate Trade Compliance team, ensuring alignment with enterprise trade compliance policies and escalation of potential risks. Collaborate on high-risk transactions, regulatory inquiries, and interpretation of trade requirements impacting plant operations. • Support compliance with U.S. import/export regulations. 3. Third-Party & Vendor Compliance

• Oversee risk-based due diligence on U.S.-based and international suppliers, contractors, and service providers supporting manufacturing operations. • Support vendor onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes. • Maintain accurate documentation of third-party risk assessments and approvals.

4. Audits, Monitoring & Reporting

• Support internal compliance audits, site self-assessments, and external regulatory reviews. • Track remediation of audit findings and ensure timely closure. • Develop and maintain compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for plant leadership and corporate stakeholders. • Assist in internal investigations related to potential compliance issues.

5. Training & Policy Implementation

• Deliver practical, U.S.-focused compliance training to plant personnel, supervisors, and functional teams. • Support implementation and localization of corporate compliance policies at the site level. • Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to operations teams.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. manufacturing sites and Corporate Compliance. • Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Finance, and HR to ensure consistent compliance practices. • Support alignment between corporate standards and U.S. regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, law, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or risk management roles within a U.S. manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory frameworks impacting manufacturing and supply chains (e.g., import/export controls, regulatory inspections, and operational compliance). • Experience with trade compliance, sanctions screening, or third-party risk management preferred. • Familiarity with solar, energy, or advanced manufacturing environments is a plus. • ACAMS (CAMS), CCEP, or similar compliance/risk certification preferred but not required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational processes. • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. • Strong communication skills with experience interacting with plant personnel and corporate stakeholders. #CSPowerSystems
