The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving the achievement of excellent sales results for their specific region via recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training their inside sales team members while coordinating with internal Perimeter Security departments to drive customer satisfaction.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><strong>What you will be doing:</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Ability to present regional results to Sr Management of Perimeter Security</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally across the organization</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Excellent organizational, planning, presentation, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Must be able to lead independently and as a team member</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Takes self-responsibility and initiative where needed to improve and / or change existing processes. Uses their personal voice to support the growth of the organization.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><strong>The skills and experience you need:</strong> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><em><u>Education: </u></em></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Bachelor’s degree or relevant outside work experience managing a sales team.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><em><u>Required Experience: </u></em></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">2+ years of Ameristar inside sales experience or relevant outside work experience managing a sales team</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both external customers and internal cross-functional departments to drive successful sales results for Perimeter Security.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Functional experience in recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training inside sales people.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Functional experience transferring organizational performance targets to team members as KPI and development targets. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Maintaining a consistent cadence of employee reviews and development meetings while maintaining performance and career development goals.</span></li> </ul><p> </p> <p><strong>We are the ASSA ABLOY Group</strong><br>Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
