Job Description
The Inn Lounge Manager oversees operations in the Library Lounge & Bar Department at the four star/diamond-rated Inn on Biltmore Estate, assuring that all food and beverage items are served according to Inn and Forbes standards. The Inn Lounge Manager greets guests in the Library Lounge areas; process orders and payments on POS system; handles guest issues/complaints and problem payments; executes on performance management, coaching and development for staff, as well as scheduling, hiring and training; and assisting with the budgeting and planning process.
