is to assure that purchased parts, components, and assemblies meet PACCAR drawings and specifications prior to the supplier’s shipment of production parts to PACCAR facilities. components of first article inspection or first piece setup inspection</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct dimensional inspection of PPAP sample components using surface Hand tools, plate inspection tools and CMM Equipment</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluation of testing results and supporting documentation of PPAP samples to determine conformance to PACCAR PPAP requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Creation and maintenance of PPAP files and documentation in support of PACCAR PPAP guidelines.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Provide technical assistance to supplier, customers, and internal personnel for understanding of PPAP requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Verify lower component supplier PPAP approval status and generate, track, inspect and approve PPAP requests for unapproved lower level components.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Request BOM, SRDC,
