• MIS Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting exercises and deliver accurate projections aligned with • evolving project needs. • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational and strategic objectives. • Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide analytical remarks for management review. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with • internal and external stakeholders. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Group SOPs and Delegation of Authority (DOA). • Process Improvement: Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline reporting processes. • Team Oversight: Review team deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
