Summary: This Senior HR Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in Pre‑Payroll and HR operations, leveraging deep Workday expertise to manage complex employee data and escalations. The role owns Workday data integrity, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance through audits, reporting, and close collaboration with Payroll and Finance. It focuses on driving process improvements through standardization, simplification, and automation while supporting system enhancements and user acceptance testing. Additionally, the analyst maintains documentation, delivers HR insights via reports and dashboards, and mentors junior team members to build capability across the function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work as SME for Pre-Payroll & HR Domain with deep Workday expertise. • Solve complex employee data cases and escalations. • Act as primary owner for Workday data integrity, audits, and reporting. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee data in Workday. • Generate periodic HR reports and dashboards for leadership. • Partner with Payroll and Finance for accurate payroll processing. • Drive HR process standardization, simplification, and automation. • Support system enhancements and UAT. • Maintain Knowledge Articles and SOPs. • Train and mentor junior team members on transactions.

Qualifications:

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Several years in HR operations, shared services, or GBS • Strong understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, payroll inputs) • Experience with HR data quality and process improvement • Experience in HR projects • Advanced Workday and ServiceNow knowledge • Advanced Excel; experience is an advantage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French are required.

Education and/or Experience:

• Experience: 5-9 years in HR Operations • Experience supporting EMEA preferred

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
