Interim Project Coordinator
Widnes, Cheshire
Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a driven and collaborative Interim Project Coordinator to work across our vibrant organisation.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Duration: Fixed Term (Up to 6 months)
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain key project documentation (including Project Plan, RAID log, Stakeholder and Communications Plans).Manage project delivery activities including milestones, scope, resources, risks, issues and change control.Organise and lead project and stakeholder meetings and events.Monitor and report on project dependencies, working closely with the Programme Manager.Produce regular project status reports to support informed decision-making.Track resource allocation against delivery milestones, escalating any issues as needed.Support project closure, capturing and sharing lessons learned and best practice.
What You’ll Need:
Demonstrable ability in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues and dependenciesAbility to develop relationships and trust across service areasAbility to co-ordinate multiple activities simultaneously with minimal supervisionExcellent written and oral communication skills utilising MS 365 facilitiesOrganised and methodical and ability to multi-taskDemonstrable ability to problem solve and / or escalate where necessary
