We’re looking for a Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our Change & Programme Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming how we work, leading innovative change initiatives and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take the lead on a wide range of change and improvement projects, working collaboratively across teams to deliver measurable impact. From initial scoping through to successful delivery, you’ll drive projects that truly make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end delivery of change initiatives on time, on budget, and to a high standardAnalysing data and working with insights teams to identify opportunities for improvementDesigning and implementing smarter, more efficient ways of workingFacilitating workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessionsBuilding strong relationships across the organisation and influencing stakeholders at all levelsSupporting colleagues through training to build change capability across the businessDeveloping robust business cases and supporting strategic decision-makingProactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across projectsCapturing benefits, sharing learning, and driving continuous improvementAssisting a cross section of the business with providing clear and concise project initiation documentation and requirement specifications. (e.g. project justification, specification, ROI statements etc) What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
Essential experience & skills:
Proven experience in project management and process mappingStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (including Project and Visio)Experience developing business cases and delivering change initiativesExceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to solve complex problems and think strategicallyConfidence in leading workshops and presenting to diverse audiences Desirable:
Experience within the housing sectorKnowledge of quality control, test management, or financial planning What makes you stand out
