This is an exciting opportunity to use your clinical skills in a hybrid general practice and patient home based environment. You'll be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team, helping us to provide safe, high quality care both in the surgery and out in the community. As a valued member of the team, you'll also carry out home visits and care home rounds, supporting patients in their own environment and making a real difference to their comfort, independence, and quality of life.We believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas, and supporting each other so that we can deliver the best possible care to our patients. We will consider applications from Paramedic Practitioners who have not yet achieved this, they would be supported to do so in time.

Qualifications Essential
HCPC registered paramedic with no current issues under investigation. Educated to degree/diploma level in paramedicine or equivalent. Level 3 Safeguarding (children). Driving Licence held with business insurance
