About this role

We are looking for a Senior CEO Office Lead to join the CEO Office team in Levallois-Perret.

As a Senior CEO Office Lead, your mission will be to serve as the strategic business partner to Doctolib's CEO, operating at the intersection of product, business, and organisational transformation. As Doctolib enters a pivotal new chapter - accelerating its AI-first strategy and expanding its impact across European healthcare - you will be at the very centre of the action. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working directly with the CEO on a daily basis, you will drive the company's most critical strategic priorities, enable executive decision-making at the highest level, and ensure the organisation executes on what matters most.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Act as the CEO's strategic right hand: anticipate needs, structure decisions, eliminate friction in cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment across leadership — from executive meeting management and agenda-setting to internal communication

Lead the CEO's external engagement strategy, including media positioning, investor relations, public affairs, strategic partnerships, and key customer relationships

Steer business performance across markets: synthesise insights, track product delivery against roadmap, and prepare data-driven readouts and strategic memos for the CEO and ExCo

Drive Doctolib's AI-first transformation, working across product, engineering, business, and core services to embed AI into workflows and empower leaders; serve as a trusted sparring partner on product strategy

Remove operational bottlenecks and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration; shape organisational structure to support growth, lead senior leader onboarding, and coach executives on strategic priorities and execution excellence

Support major business development efforts, including large-account partnerships, country launches, and operational scaling initiatives

Who you areBefore you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

You could be our next team mate if you:

Have 8+ years in a strategic business role — with a proven track record as a Chief of Staff, management consultant, senior business or operations leader in a high-growth tech company

Have demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in fast-moving environments, with the ability to build robust business cases and drive execution across silos

Bring a deep understanding of product and technology: you can speak credibly about product strategy, tech architecture, and AI, and engage authentically with product and engineering leaders

Have strong business acumen: you are comfortable with P&L ownership, revenue drivers, pricing strategy, and customer and partnership dynamics — and can translate complex data into clear strategic insights for senior leadership

Demonstrate excellent judgment and executive presence: senior leaders trust your counsel, you influence without formal authority, and you combine humility and a service-oriented mindset with boldness and drive

Now it would be fantastic if you:

Have a background in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or a mission-driven company

Have experience scaling operations or go-to-market across multiple geographies

Have previous experience working directly with a CEO or founder
