About this role
Your role as Electrical Technician; As an Electrical Technician, you’re the driving force behind our installations. You’ll keep our machines – both in production and utilities – running safely, efficiently and without disruptions. You’ll work in an innovative day shift schedule designed to support your natural rhythm and work-life balance. We’ll provide you with a thorough technical training, so you can master our systems inside and out. Your responsibilities: Perform preventive, corrective and curative maintenance on equipment, installations, and low/medium voltage systems Analyse and resolve breakdowns quickly and effectively Ensure safety, quality and order at all times Read, follow, and write technical documentation Contribute ideas for process improvements and technical upgrades Register your work accurately in systems and reports Share your knowledge and help train new colleagues What we’re looking for; A degree in a technical field (Electromechanics or similar) Solid foundation in reading electrical diagrams, using measuring tools, and solving technical issues Experience in a production or maintenance environment is a plus Strong communicator, accurate, and a team player who can also work independently Willing to travel to Turkey several times for midweek training sessions
