About this role
• Manage and grow assigned Industrial Chemical customer accounts by delivering tailored product and solution recommendations. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on product specifications, pricing, availability, and commercial terms. • Conduct regular customer visits to understand formulation needs, market trends, and identify new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer activity reports. • Provide customers with timely order updates, including delivery schedules and product-related information. • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. • Monitor inventory levels and provide monthly sales forecasts to support demand planning and stock replenishment. • Prepare annual sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and business planning. • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product developments. • Submit required reports such as sales performance, expense reports, and market survey reports in a timely manner.
