Founding Full-Stack Engineer (iOS & Web3)
Location: New York (Hybrid)
Compensation: $170K - $220K
We are building a first-of-its-kind accountability protocol designed to bridge the gap between social coordination and blockchain technology. We are looking for an exceptional Founding Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our consumer-facing native iOS application.
In this role, you won't just be executing tickets; you’ll have a "founding-level" seat at the table, working directly with our co-founders (alumni of Apple, Google, Dragonfly, and Arbitrum) to shape the product's DNA. You will be responsible for shipping high-quality, production-ready Swift code and designing the backend infrastructure that makes complex on-chain interactions feel invisible to the end user.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Build: Own the end-to-end development of our native iOS app using Swift.Product Ownership: Drive product decisions and rapidly iterate based on founder feedback and user needs.Systems Design: Contribute to backend and API architecture to ensure seamless integration with blockchain "rails."High-Fidelity Shipping: Maintain a high bar for UI/UX, ensuring the app is fast, beautiful, and intuitive.Requirements
We are looking for a "zero-to-one" builder who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
Proven Track Record: A history of building and scaling full-stack applications or high-performance native iOS apps.Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Swift and experience designing robust APIs.High Agency: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for permission to solve problems or optimize the codebase.Founder Mindset: You are excited by non-linear opportunities and the unique challenges of building a protocol from the ground up.Crypto-Fluent (Preferred): While you don't need to be a Solidity expert, an interest in or experience with blockchain/Web3 integrations is a significant plus.Benefits
