About this role
We are looking for a Contract Agile Delivery Lead to join on a 6-12 month contract, £380-£430 day rate.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Leading Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily scrums, and retrospectives, Optimising backlog and throughputResolving risks, issues, interdependencies and managing external relationships on behalf of the delivery teamsCreating a harmonious environment, managing conflict quickly and appropriately, creating a trusting and co-operative environmentReview business, technical and operational requirements and related information to ensure quality inputs to enable effective designs and builds can be tested and implementedEstimate and co-ordinate releases with product release management, project managers and business stakeholders aligning to project timescales, release calendars and stakeholder needsContinually improve agile and scrum methodology and its implementation to provide high quality and highly efficient deliveryReporting to senior stakeholders - strong communication is key for this role.Working with other Delivery roles to find improvements in ways of working across the whole gateway forms team Why join AND Digital?
